Great Frederick Fair Youth compete in the Youth Baked Goods Department, consisting of 8 divisions: Quick Breads, Yeast Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Candies, Fruit Pies, Miscellaneous and Healthy Choice/Gluten Free.
These items are auctioned off on Sunday in the South Side Tire & Auto Beef Show Ring (18). 10% of the proceeds goes directly to the baker. Remaining funds offset youth programming fees and scholarships
