The e-ventplex at the Frederick Fairgrounds features 44 buildings and over 40 acres of outdoor space for rental use during 277 days each calendar year, except during the annual Great Frederick Fair in September. Located in Frederick, Maryland, the facility is easily accessible off I-70, Exit 56, and from downtown Frederick.
We are less than an hour’s drive from Baltimore and Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas.
Seven commercial buildings are available for daily rental use ranging from $300 to $1,550 per day.
