VISIBILITY AT THE GREAT FREDERICK FAIR
Having several hundred thousand spectators at your fingertips is not always easy. But if you participate in The Great Frederick Fair’s concession program, it may not be as hard as you think. The largest single countywide event held in Frederick County, The Great Frederick Fair is held on the fairgrounds on East Patrick Street in Frederick City and is easily accessible from all major routes leading into the city.
COMMERCIAL SPACE DETAILS
DATE: September 13-21, 2013
HOURS: Fair- 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
*Concessions- noon – 10 p.m.
* Commercial buildings will be open at 9 a.m. but you are not required to staff your booth until noon.
SPACE SIZES AND FEES:
All commercial spaces are sold by the running foot on the aisle unless otherwise arranged. The depth of each space is not to exceed 10 foot unless other arrangements are made. Front footage includes all portions of any equipment or structure (i.e. trailer hitches, tent stakes, etc.) As measured at the widest part of the display. Outdoor commercial space is ground space only, no structures or fixtures are provided.
HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR:
All previous year’s vendors have first right of refusal. Vacancies will be filled on a first come first serve basis in the order that we have received request. If you would like to request to be on the waiting list you can either fill out the electronic request or send a letters outlining:
- What you want to sell, handout, or give a way;
- How much space you need;
- If you want inside or outside space.
