Important Dates and Times
Fair Dates: September 13-21, 2013
Set-up: Starting Monday, Sept. 9 and must be completed by 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, 2013.
There will be no security on the grounds until Sept. 13, 2013.
Teardown: After 10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 and must be completely removed from the grounds by 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2013.
Deposit: License Agreement and 1/3 deposit of total cost is due by April 1, 2013.
Final Payment: Final payment and supporting documentation (as outlined in this brochure and the contract) due by July 1, 2013.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing by July 1, 2013 in order for refund consideration.
Hours of Operation:
Fair Hours: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily
Building Hours: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily (Vendors will have access to Commercial Buildings starting at 8:30 a.m. daily. All booths must be staffed from noon – 10 p.m. daily)
Other Items of Importance!
Coca Cola is the Official beverage supplier of The Great Frederick Fair, Inc. Only their products/ supplies are permitted to be sold on the grounds during fairweek. All products/supplies must be purchased directly through the local Coca Cola distributor.
Concession/commercial space must be improved, enhanced and decorated by the exhibitor at the concessionaire’s/exhibitor’s expense.
All prices of any service or sale(s) (including food) must be conspicuously posted in the exhibit/service area. Prices for each food item must be displayed on the sign; signage shall meet the approval of the Fair Management.
